Forced me to buy a new data card.

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Photon+

Few days back, when i have visited a Tata Docomo Store situated in kadamtala Howrah.
They offer me a dada card with 5GB unlimited plan, in which first month no bill will come. And from the 2nd month the bill amount will be 500 + taxes.The amount will be 850 which includes the data card and the 1st month bill so I paid them. But I informed them that I am already using a data card so why dont they give this plan in my existing data card.They informed me that this is a new plan so you have to buy a new data card, to avail this plan. But after requesting a lot a, when they have not given, I bought that new data card with the new plan.
So I gave a letter for disconnecting the previous data card. On 29/01/13 a call came from this number 033-6652-1809 around 2-2.30 in the afternoon. Where a lady from Tata Docomo is asking why should I want to disconnect my data card. I gave the reason, that I bought a new data card with 5 GB unlimited plan. Then she replied why dont you keep this with a minimum rental, but I was ready, then again the lady replied, sir should I make your old data card with the same plan which you have taken 5GB unlimited. Then I asked her why dont they told me before then I would have not purchase a new data card. Then she replied sir that the salesman will know better.
Then i told her please disconnect my data card, and I want nothing.

This is my complaint to consumer forum, if the new plan can be given to the old data card, then why they ask me to bought a new data card.

Please take some neccessary action against them.
