<p><b>Location/place</b>: Aligarh</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo</p>I have brought a new sim card and next day company deducted rs. 99 from my account.
when I talked to costumer care they told me that they will refund it in 24 hours, but not done that.
when I again talked to them they again said to refund it in 24 hours but not done that.
next day company again deducted rs. 49 from my account. And on complaining they refused to refund.
