Name of company/service: Vodafone

As per the new internet scheme of the Vodafone it was stated by the company on 24/07/2012 that the company would be providing 2GB internet data access at rate of 100Rs.But the company withdrew this internet scheme on 05/08/2012 without giving any intimation to its customers and now the company is providing only 1GB internet data access at the rate of 100Rs.
Since no intimation was given to me by the company I activated the internet scheme on 05/08/2012 thinking that I would be getting 2GB internet data access at 100Rs. But I only got 1GB internet data access. So I talked with customer care executive and they accepted that the company has not given any intimation about change in scheme to its customers.
My concern is that the company should have given intimation about the change in the internet scheme. Since the company has not given any intimation the company should provide internet data access as per old scheme i.e. 2GB data access at 100Rs.
Kindly take my concern in to consideration and oblige me by taking appropriate steps against the Vodafone company.
