For Replacing Sansui 32″ LCD

I have purchased a Sansui 32” LCD Model no. 3290 on 16/09/2011, after some time a problem has been created in LCD”s power supply, I have complained in customer care, After 2 days your engineer came and check it, and told me it’s power supply is not working, He take power supply with him. After some days he came again and replace my power supply, After this I realize the front speaker of LCD is not in working, Then I again complained for speaker, but I have got no response from there side, after some days I intimate to customer care but again I have got no response, But this time your service and LCD is nuisance for me, Again I remind Sansui customer care after that Engineer Came and he take sound card with him for replacing, again he immerse many days but there was no response, when I called your engineer, then He told me the sound card is not in stock. When he came with sound card and adhere it in LCD then sound card was not conflicted with LCD, Colour of LCD was completely disturb. Now LCD is dreadful from three months, but there is no resolution, I Told sansui area manager Mr. Kapish & his cell no. is 08130996821, He told me, we will replaced LCD but when we follow this replacing procedure we have to take 15 days. 15 days are completed but now he did not received my call, there is no resolution from your side. This is embarrassing for you. I want to replace my LCD with new warranty or refund my money. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
