I AM REGISTERING A COMPLAINT AGAINST BEAM BROADBAND, I HAVE FREQUENT DISCONNECTIONS AND WHEN I GIVE A COMPLAINT THEY TAKE THERE OWN TIME AND NEVER RESPOND TO THE REQUESTS. NOW THE INTERNET GOT DISCONNECTED 7 DAYS BACK AND AFTER FREQUENT COMPLAINTS DAILY THERE ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND CHECK WHAT THE PROBLEM IS IS, WHENEVER I CALL ALL THEY SAY IS THAT IT WILL BE DONE TOMORROW AND THAT TOMORROW NEVER COMES.
WHEN I ASKED TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE ALL THEY SAY TO EMAIL THEM THE ISSUE AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISORS ALSO THEY DONT CARE AND SIMPLY TELL IT WILL BE DONE.
