for non receipt of closure letter

Respected Sir,

I had taken home equity loan from Future capital. I am requesting them since last 2 months but they had not given me the closure letter till date. Every time they are postponding the same by 2/3 days, and not giving me. Here, at baroda office, they are not ready to talk with customer and simply say get out from our office.
