Fooling people by charging double

Location/place: Jalandhar city

Name of company/service: Airtel Punjab

Hi I have auto debit facility of net pack which is the amount of my pack is deducted automatically from my main account but these people are fooling us all as they have renewed the service as well as they have deducted the internet charges as well from my account.my balance was 290 and after pack renewal it shud be 192 as I have auto pack of 98 but now my balance is 59.and the customer device people have no answer for this as they say u have to restart the phone after charging the pack but some one ask them what is the use of auto recharge of the net pack.and they have not even given any information or SMS for this.otherwise they always keep on messaging the offers.but still no reason to cut the balance if we have a auto debit facility.
