FRAUDING PEOPLE

Location/place: MEERUT

Name of company/service: TIKONA BROADBAND

I took the company’s connection nearly 2 years back at my Premises located at Roorkee Road, Meerut and paid the whole amount to the company’s representative in cash (for which the company had not give any receipt) when I got it disconnected due to bad service (the company’s representative took all the accessories).
Now, I have applied again for the new connection due to better network of the company (as told by other users) at the same address and with the same mobile number. But now the company says that I have not deposited the amount and they have deduced the amount paid by me i.e., Rs. 1650 for the new connection as a balance of the previous connection.
When I contacted the company personnel, they told me that I have given the same mobile no. as given earlier that is why the new ID has not been activated as the system is showing the pending balance. On contacting them again and again the company personnel told that they are trying to reissue the previous ID or the new one (they took the new ID proof and mobile number for the same). For the time being they provided me the demo ID to use but the password for that ID was changed by them after a period of 7 days and I could not use it any more.
Now after a period of 4 months, I am tired of making calls to them as they are not willing to help me nor they are listening to my calls. So, you are requested to help me to get rid of the problem (whether they are refunding me the money I have deposited for the new ID or they should provide me the new ID), as the company personnels are making frauds with the customers as well as with the company (I can give you several examples for the same).
