And now the problem is “the mobile is facing unlock problem and the mobile is not work and fully damage for make a call. i told about handset problem and i requested to fly service center staff and request to solve my problem of handset but the staff is replied me “this is not in our warranty go to that place where you purchased it”
then i go to the shop(MOBILE PLANET) and they take the mobile and not solve my problem till more than one month(51 days)and when i say them,then he say me”i’m not the servant of you ‘jab ho jayega tab de dunga me tumhara naukar nahi hu’” and he was talking in this manner..i felt very bad in MOBILE PLANET and Fly TELECOM Company.i got disappointment in this issue…in my family, relatives, and many friends have so much problem to communicate me because this is my permanent number.
