I with my friend were not allowed to board on the flight from Vizag. I thought that my friend will assist me as I was not well(Chicken Pox suspected but not diagnosed). But Indigo security told that we can’t fly as I was medically unfit and does not have any medical certificate. We sent back telling that talk to customer service of Indigo. They will refund ticket fare. Now they refused to refund 2 air tickets fare. Please help sir.
