Cheating with me for opening my bank account

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Dhanbad, jharkhand&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Allahabad bank</p>I am a student of Government polytechnic, college. Last year i had to open an account for the scholorship. When I opened my account an authorised staff said that you will be charge Rs.1000 for ATM service. My first diposit is Rs.1000 because he had forced me. I was waiting for my ATM service. Time passed but I did not recieve my ATM. Today 29.01.13 when I went to the bank for inquiry about ATM, the staff told me that I can’t open an ATM because my account is for scholarship. When I told him that I was forced to diposit Rs.1000 for ATM service then he asked me for a written proof for that forced on me, and he asked me to write an application to close my account. Please help me
