fleecing clients with miscommunication

I got an sms from IDEA, “600 free sms for 30 days. Recharge Rs 34 & dial *369*34# for special offer.”
What does that mean..commonsense said, recharge with rs 34 n dial no… to avail spl offer (coz the package is actually for 400 sms)
I recharged with Rs 34 with the dealer for 30 days & dialed d said no to check/avail the special offer. To my horror I got another sms stating that I have been recharged & another 600 free sms for 30 days and Rs 34 got deducted from my account.
I am at a loss to understand.. If it had to convey recharge, it would state to recharge/avail/activate dial no… rather than recharge and dial.. to avail spl offer .
I tried to call/write and make them understand miscommunication but they are adamant about ..we have given you 2 packages so whats your problem
My problem is
1. I do not require so many sms/30 days
2. Though the amount may sound v small..its actually ullu-banaoing your customers..what an idea sirji of fleecing your regular clients. So my actual problem is my esteemed service provider is using unfair ideas to ullu-banao.
