I had booked a 2BHK flat in Ideal Abasan, Rajarhat in January 2012.
The builder was supposed to handover the complete project by June 2013.
The construction in the complex is still going on and is not expected to be completed before Nov 2015.
The builder had taken all the money for registration of our flat in Block K, but the building is still not complete.
When we inspected the flat area, we found the carpet area of the flat is less by about 12 sqft than the expected size as provided in the sales agreement.
I have to pay both the EMI and monthly rent as I do not have any other flat of my own.
In addition to this, the Block names of two of the buildings are incorrect as per the Municipality approved plan. Names of the two blocks K and M has been interchanged in the municipality approved plan. The builder is not ready to get that rectified and get an approval from Municipal corporation.
I am fed-up of this Builder and would not recommend anyone further.

Kindly help all the owners of the flat to get compensation due to the delay in handover. The builder is not ready to provide any compensation.
