Fake calls from Vodafone Delhi

Hi,

I received a call today from number +92 347 8673806. The caller said his name was Rahul Sharma and he was calling from Vodafone -Delhi. He said that my number had won a lottery. I immediately checked for the number on-line and found the number to be registered in Gujarat.

I would like to place a formal complaint against the owner of the above mentioned number. Would appreciate your help in taking action against such fake/bogus callers.
