Dear sir,
I received the partial possetion letter from the builder M/S Raishmi dhruvita park F wing f.NO.405 dated 21-01-2012.After partial possetion builder’S REPRESENTATIVE MRS. PRACHI has assured that She will handover final possetion to me on 10-02-12.And i have send the mail to raishmi official address on the same day.
But when we inspected again on 10-03-12 with the help of site engineer mr jadhav from builder, still lot of works are balance to complete.
so again we call to builder office and asked to complete the said works at the earliest.
Again on 31-07-12 i have visited to flat for checking the balance works and it is surprise that still the all works are balance as earlier.so i have mail to raishmi buider on his official mail id [email protected] have already mailed earlier on 21-01-12 and 31-07-12.There is no reply from builder till date.
After my mail builder executive Mr.Mukund has assured that he will complete all the works by one week i.e.07-08-12.But result is same as earlier.so i am mentally frusteted and i want delay charges from builder for 7 months and mental harrasement charges also.I request to you that kindly take strong action against buider.my contact no is 9820008486.
