I had purchased two holiday vouchers from Bag it today in the month of March-12 for Rs. 6000/- each & was told that the validity of the same is for one year, now when I had applied for booking to be done for the month of Oct-12 they are coming up with one of the condition that I should have snet their form with required amount of DD to their place within 90 days from the date of purchase of voucher, the same was never told to me during selling or confirmation. Also when they are charging 6K during selling then why did not they take that confirmation amount there it self also there was no reminder mail from there side, I had unfortunately bought two vouchers & now they are totally dening to accept the same.
