Fees deposit but no classes

Name of company/service: NIIt

Dear Sir,

i have deposit 10000rs in NIIT lko for Financial course in March 2012.as per there commitment they start my classes within 15days from fees deposit date,but till now they do not start my classes and now they dont refund my fees.
please suggest and hepl me asap.
