The image was blurred, when we call samsung engineer (for which he charged Rs 1150), he said panel is dysfunctional and it will cost RS 25,000
i will like to draw your attention to this that how can a panel can be damaged in 2 and half years and i have paid a heavy amount (Rs 40,000) for TV how can we afford this.TV was purchased from Reliance Digital, Growel mall Kandivali east.
When we spoke to call centre ,their response was it is an electronic item and outside gurantee period of 1 year so they can do any thing.
If this is a reponse of MNC where will poor consume go.
