I ordered refrigerator (Whirlpool RefDC180L GEN 4QG TT) online from site www.cromaretail.com (Invoice Number: SLE00171602). It was delivered without 3 of it’s legs on 11th July. I registered official complaint (complaint id: SR11071300313) with them on same day i.e. on 11th July. Thereafter I called them multiple times and each time I was assured that complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing has happened till now.
