Faulty Product – Refund/Replacement not done

I had bought Phillips LED TV unfortunately from Snapdeal ( order ID: 2352879369 | Order Placed on : 2014-07-01 11:13:58). Snapdeal mail that day said “You have done all the hard work!! Now sit back and relax.” My troubles began the day it was delivered to me. When Phillips engineer opened the product and checked he found that the product was faulty and immediately we contacted Snapdeal and even had the engineer speak to Snapdealcustomer service guy.

The trauma has not ended till date and am really peeved at the alacrity with which Snapdeal customer support is handling this issue. I am sorry to say but this is the first and last time I would be using Snapdeal and rather prefer FLIPKART which has a far better service and I have never faced any issues with it for last 3-4 years.

Request you to kindly expedite the case and get my money refunded.
