Faulty product (Mobile worth Rs, 10, 400

Sir,

I have purchased a Mobile phone from Snapdeal.com, an online portal. Mobile cost me Rs. 10,400, but the product received by me having a technical fault. I have reported this fact to snapdeal within 7 Days of receiving the product. But they have neither replace my product nor refund. Sir, I am facing problem in dealing with them also. Kindly arrange a reply from your side to me so that I will elaborate in detail.

  1. Kindly hear the attached voice file of the conversation that I had with your executive about an order of Mobile Phone Zync Five was offered to me at special offer for Rs. 1499/. I accepted that offer and placed order for the same. But I was shocked to receive Zync C 18 phone instead of a phone Zync Five with 8.0 Mp Camera. Kindly replace same or I have to proceed otherwise.     For your kind information I had partcipated in Samsung S 4 contest through my bank account no 133511100000797 with Andhra Bank, Maduravoyal Branch. Even the amount that paid through this account Rs. 799 on 26/05/2013 did not reflect in your record. I kindly request to solve both the issue asap.
