I have been using Data card of Reliance Communications. SInce the day I purchased the data card, there has been no network in that area and I have lodged several complaint regarding network issue and the same has been admitted by the call centre. The same can be verified from the usage of data card.
I had submitted a request to terminate the connection after I received first bill but I was requested to continue as the network issue will be resolved shortly and the outstanding amount will be waived. The same was waived also. But network issue has not been resolved so far and now I have been called up to pay the outstanding bill and am asked not to waive despite network issue not resolved.
