Sub- Faulty product delivered and very poor service response from HITACHI LTD.
Hon’ble Forum,
We’d purchased an Air-conditioner from CROMA (pacific mall, Ghaziabad) last year details are as below:
Date of purchase – 07/06/2012
InvNo – SLF02A022010028679
Model – Hitachi S/AC 1.5T iCLEAN-517ISD
Name of firm – CROMA
Problem – There is cooling problem in above mentioned A/C, right after purchasing & even after continuous complaints and visits of service engineers of said company (total 2 visits in May 2013) they are unable to repair it and AC is still not cooling. Here I would bring to your notice that the company engineer visited lastly on date 13/05//13, charged service charges of Rs. 660/- saying that guarantee period of the AC is expired in March (we could not confirmed this due to unavailability of bill at that moment), later we checked and found that the guarantee period of this AC is up To 7TH June 2013. As a consumer we are not expecting this kind of product & services from such a big company. We had also sent a mail to [email protected], [email protected] & [email protected] of said company on dated Tue, May 28, 2013 at 1:45 PM for taking care of my grievances but all in vain.
So finally I am sending this latter to Hon’ble forum to preserve our rights of consumer and looking forward with a hope for settlement of my problem with said company.
