My name is Sonia Grover .I bought a Sony Vaio laptop whose description is (SVE-14123 ) WHITE -3RD /2/500/5010000802.I bought it on 20th Jan 2013.(bill no LN/20174 ) with 1 year warranty .I am facing so many issues (charging issue,speaker issues and vaio gesture control issue) since i purchased it.I told dealer name (SKY SOLUTIONS 82-83 vijay block laxminagar,Delhi 10092) about this problem but dealer told me that this is not problem when you will start using the laptop, the problem will be resolved itself . But after a month, I was still facing those problems. Then again i went to dealer and they advised to take my laptop to Sony Service Center. but i told that they change my laptop but after that they told me that is not my duty to change this laptop .so that i log a online complain no is (13311783) on 1 march 2013 . but i did not receive any response from Sony India pvt ltd .I took my laptop to Sony Authorized service center (308 3rd floor ,Osian building,12 Nehru Palace 110019 ).ON next day (2nd march ,2013 ) I got a call on same day in the late evening for services center and they mentioned that my laptop is ready.But I was out of city so i could not go .I went there Tuesday (5 March) but they did not repair the system .they asked me to come on next day (6 March). they called me that your laptop is ready but when i went there they asked me to wait for sometime and they kept me waited for 4 hours in Sony center .They reformatted my system two time but after they did not solve my problem and after that they asked me to deposit my laptop for three days. it is becoming ridiculous. moreover it is disturbing my job work and study as well.i request you to take some strict action against the dealer (SKY SOLUTIONS ) and Sony India pvt ltd .and if my computer cannot be repaired pl change my laptop because this is manufacture fault .
