Dear Concerned,
Please note that i had ordered an ICE Xtreme (Rajasthan Royals Edition) Tab from Naaptol.com and received the same on Wednesday, 26th June 2013, and on Sunday(30th June’2013) it was not switching on and till date its lying dead. I lodged a complaint with naaptol.com for the same on Monday(1st July’ 2013) asking for a replacement, complaint nmr: 4702694, i was told that Naaptol will revert back in 48 hours which did not happen.

So i called today(3rd July’ 2013) and got a response from Naaptol that it is not in the Co.’s policy to replace the products or refund the money and that i should visit the service centre.

i have paid the full amount of Rs. 9979 and expect a worthy product from naaptol.com’s side.Sir, I don’t want a 4 day old product for which i have paid half of my salary to go to service center. I want a replacement.

i have put a mail today to naaptol.com and waiting for their reply.

Sir it is hard earned money,I was so excited to use the product but it is lying dead.

Please help sir/ma’am . What should i do.
