Name of company/service: IVRCL Limited

Dear Sir,

I am using Airtel Post Paid Connection since February 2013. In the bill for the month of May-June dated 28.06.2013 they have added extra charges for the use of Rs.999/- plan which was different what was told by me to customer care executive on telecom dated 02.06.2013.
They also regretted for the same and changes my plan back to my previos one.
Now they have added it to my bill and despite of several call and several mail to them they are not agreeing to waiver off the Price added.

Please look into the matter and help me as son as possible.
