I have ordered Iberry Auxus Linea L1 mobile from Ebay on 28/06/2014 & I received the product on 04/07/2014, but when i received the product & checked, i found it is not working properly, mobile screen continually flickering not stable & couldn’t do any thing, I have observed full day but problem not resolved, I have tried to call seller but seller not responding, then I have log the complaint on 06/07/2014 through Ebay Guarantee, I am expecting Ebay will replace the product or refund my money but after 6 days they replied, your claim ID has been closed & you have to visit Manufacturer support center we will not refund against under manufacturing warranty product, I said to Ebay person all the product comes with under Manufacturing it means they will not refund or replace any product if it is faulty, this is cheating with customer.
I Requested to Please help for refund my Money.
