I had a postpaid corporate connection with Vodafone which had a monthly rental of Rs 99.
I mailed Vodafone to upgrade my plan from 99 to 375 with the information told to me my Vodafone executives that both the old and new rental will be applied on pro rated basis and the freebies will also be provided on pro rated basis only and no other benefit would be lapsed.
I wrote a mail on 25th of June, 2014 to upgrade my plan till 27th June,2014 on immediate basis and got two confirmation call on 26th June, 2014 that my plan will be activate the next day but that did not happen.
I again shoot up a new mail on 28th for the same and my plan finally got activated on 2nd of July,2014.
My billing cycle is from 3rd-2nd of every month so I got the benefits for the new plan just for a day in the billing cycle of June.
Now when the bill was generated I was charged Rs.1.50 per STD min where as in both the old and the new plan my std call rate was Rs 0.50.
When asked a new reason was given to me that they only give the benefits of STD call rate if the user continues for the same plan the whole month where as it was never communicated to me.
i have talked to many executives, senior executives and the nodal officer himself but none of them listened to me.
I request you to please assist and help me out to correct my bill.
