Dear Sir,
I have purchased an ASUS Notebook model no. K55V having its serial number. C8N0AS170593338 from Galaxy Computech Pvt Ltd. having its authorized showroom in EMALL Kolkata. The date of purchase was 09/06/2013. After 5 days the notebook was detected with charging and powering on problems and therefore started giving trouble. Immediately i informed M/S Galaxy Computech about the problem and they subsequently told me to call up ASUS Service center to lodge a complaint. The IT engineer of ASUS after inspection on 20/06/2013 told me that the mother board was faulty and had to be asked to replace the same. I asked for a total replacement of the unit but the asus company denied full replacement of the unit. My repeated requests to the quality control officer is in vain.
