24/03/13: Bought a mobile on XOLO q 800. MRP 12999.00. From Bangalore city.
2/04/13: Back camera stopped working.
10/04/13: Requested xolo care with my problem by email
15/04/13: Requested xolo with my problem
20/04/13: Requested xolo with my problem
20/04/13: XOLO first reply. Asking for pickup details
21/04/13: replied back with pick up details
23/04/13: pick-up was arranged. Within 24 hr.
25/04/13: Replied back as no pick-up was done. Again requested for pick-up. XOLO care again replied with pick-up details with-in 24 hrs
29/04/13: NO pick was done. I requested again for pick-up
30/04/13: No response of last email. I again requested for pick-up
1/05/13: XOLO care replied with pick-up details with-in 24 hrs
6/05/13: No pickup done. I replied back again with a pick-up request .XOLO care replied back with pick-up details with-in 24 hrs
7/05/13: no pick-up done. Again replied back with pick-up request.
8/05/13: Emailed to register complain.
9/05/13: Emailed to register complain. NO reply for the last complains.
10/05/13: Again emailed. For pick-up request and complain.
13/05/13: No reply from XOLO care. Again requested for pick-up.
13/05/13: Reply from xolo care: A call back arranged. Person called & registered complain. & pick-up request.
15/05/13: Emailed them for pick-up request.
16/05/13: XOLO care replied with pick-up details with-n 24 hrs. Pick-up was finally done in evening by fed-ex.
21,24,28/05/13 : Emailed XOLO care for status of phone , As They said that they will return the phone with-in 5 working days .
29/05/13: Phone was sent back with-out repair.
30, 31/05/13: emailed to complain. No reply.
31/05/13: Called xolo care for complain. Complain registered. They wanted me to go to Kolkata service center.
1/06/13: I went to service center. This was very difficult to find with the address given by xolo care I called them for details. They didn’t give me contact details of service-center. And for land-mark they put me on hold for 20 min and hang up.
After 1.5 hr I got the service-center which was close.
1/06/13: Requested for call back to help me out. Call-back arranged with-in 4 hr. No call-back done
3/06/13: Requested for call back to help me out. Call-back arranged with-in 4 hr. No call-back done
4/06/13: Requested for call back to help me out. Call-back arranged with-in 4 hr. No call-back done
5/06/13: Requested for call back to help me out. Call-back arranged with-in 4 hr. No call-back done.
Finally emailed to the CFO “Rajesh Sethi” wrote my problem and asked him to help me out.

NO reply yet.

    Hi Saurabh Shashank,

    Did you get any reply from them. Even i bought the mobile and got the same issue, registered a complaint to xolo care, but same response. If your problem is solved, please let me know whom i need to contact?
