Name of company/service: RELIANCE NETCONNECT

Despite facing problems with coverage repeated requests for disconnection Reliance is not terminating my connection.
Complaint ID 196612947 (on 01/22/2013)/Service Request ID 198926436 (on 02/25/2013 at 07:56:21 PM ).Despite not using the connection for last 4 months completely & having also been forced to settle bills of 1350 last month because they sent me a legal notice & I was out of country.
I have again been sent a bill this month.

Reliance had acknowledged there was an issue with coverage 4 months back & agreed to terminate the connection.

PLEASE DONT SIGN FOR POST PAYED RELIANCE SERVICE.THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS.
