Faulty Marvella RO water purifier

I have purchased pureit marvell RO water purifier 4 month back and with this 4 month i have almost launch complaint 4 times. Today i have found insects(ant) inside filtered water.I just want to replace my product and company only sending technician and repairing it all the time.
