Faulty LCD replacement of Motorola Moto E

This is regarding the Moto E which received a LCD replacement as a paid repair from authorized service center. The incident was reported to Motorola on September 4, 2014 through their official complaint registration site. I got confirmation mail of the same, with Incident No. 140905-001488. The mail assured that I would get a reply within 24 hours, but even after so many days I haven’t received a single mail!
The content of my complaint was:

“I recently serviced my Moto E from authorized service center(details mentioned below). The display of my Moto E was broken and so the screen replacement was paid repair. It took more than 20 days to get it done and return the product.(though the commitment was of 7 days).
When I collected my phone on 20th of August 2014, display was working FAIRLY well.(though, if I looked at display at a certain angle with sufficient light, I could see a shining matrix on the glass, which was not normal).
From 29th August 2014, I’m seeing a thin vertical line on display. It is bluish black and no pixel glows on the line.(I had NO PHYSICAL IMPACT ON PHONE since replacement)
Is it fake/duplicate display replacement offered by Motorola? Why would such line appear suddenly on a brand new display?

This is the worst service offered by Motorola against the name of a cheap priced phone. Please let me know if I can get this faulty/duplicate display/LCD replaced or not?

Name and address of Authorized service center:
PC SUPPORT
SHOP No. 8, SHREE SAI TOWER,
NEAR BABA BEHIND BRIDGE, 273 NARAYAN PETH,
PUNE – 411030.

Also, the service center is very congested, difficult to find and very suffocating with space for hardly 3 people to stand! What kind of service the Motoroala is offering to customers?”

Till now, I have not received a single reply. Why Motorola is being so careless about after sales service?
