I bought Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT-S7562 on 28-July-13 at Vijay Sales, Palm beach Galleria, Vashi, Mumbai. Bill no15-VSH07-13CSI 390 date-28-07-13.
The moment I opened the box and Connected the charger in Mobile, it restart. I was thinking may be the battery is discharged that’s why it happend. But after that the phone strated acting crazy and hung up and auto restarts frequently.
The very next day I visited Vijay Sales again and reported this problem. They tried checking with other chargers and batteries and said “its software problem, Submit it to Samsung Service Center”.
I Called to Samsung toll free no. and complained. Ref. No.- 8455947656 dt. 01-Aug-13. They asked me to go to nearest service center and submit the mobile and gave me the address of Service center near my home Panvel.
I submited my mobile on 5-Aug-13 at Krishna Telesystem, Panvel, Mumbai. Mob-9594555595. They checked and repaired my phone by Factory Setting and installing Operating System. After this my phone was getting on but soon it started act crazy again along with performance problem and phone started to get restarted frequently. They took my mobile and asked me to come after 4-5 days. The Bill no.- 4156848508 date 05-Aug-13.
I called on 09-Aug-13 and visited the service center again. They handed over the mobile and asked me to check. I checked, it was working good. But as I connected the charger it happend again “the phone hanged and restart frequently. I had denyed to accept that faulty handset and asked for the replacement. The person on the counter told me ” Madam, pehle jo problem tha wo thik ho gaya hai. But abhi ye hang hone laga hai to phir se mobile submit karna hoga, aur iska Motherboard me problem hai to usko v change karna hoga.” (This however, proves that my GT-S7562 was having the manufacturing defect.)
So then I had asked him to give me a paper so I can write a complaint to Samsung India to replace the faulty handset and give me the new one. And you don’t believe what that fellow said to me, he said “Dimag kharab kar rakha hai”. Then I replied “aaplogon ne mere paise, time aur dimag kharab kiya to mai itna to kar hi sakti hoon.”
Then I had submited my Mobile again with a hand written complaint to Samsung to Replace that faulty handset and give me a new handset because from the day I bought this mobile and still I was not directed to the right track. I am not able to use the product for basic use even like calling and with this effect I am in loss since the day I bought this faulty piece.
My phone is still with Samsung Service Center at Krishna Telesystem, Panvel, Mumbai. Mob- 9594555595. The Bill No.-4157123465 Dt.09-Aug-13. with a hand written complaint to Samsung to Replace that faulty handset and give me a new handset.
I had complained two times online to samsung by using their customer support webpage, but they are not responding or replying.
Please help me as i am highly disappointed to the service and product as well provided by Samsung.
