I had recently purchased a Samsung mobile(galaxy Alpha), just on the date of purchase, I experienced some fault in the device. On this complaint to after sale service team of samsung they dismental my phone without my permission and says it is being internally damaged but my mobile is in extreme perfect condition from outside, there is not even a minor scratch over my phone. Samsung is now not providing the warranty. Plz help
