My name is Marita sequiera.
I had purchased this phone KARBONN TITANIUM OCTANE PLUS from snapdeal on 17th october and received it on 24th october 2014.
My order id was 3235034057.
The imei number of the phone was:
IMEI/ESN-1: 911352900282990 and IMEI/ESN-2: 911352900283006
After two months of use the phone automatically stopped functioning properly. I had then given it to an athourized KARBONN service centre.
The address of the service centre is : Shop no.328, D-Wing, 2nd Floor, Shanti shopping center, Opp.railway station, Mira road, Thane (East).
For one and a half month i had no response at all from the service centre or the company. Now after constantly trying to contact them they finally have informed me after 45 days that they cannot repair the phone!
And to top it all they told me that the device was faulty when it came from Snapdeal itself and that they will send me the phone back with a letter..which are both to be sent to Snapdeal by Me. And that Snapdeal will replace it with a new phone or return me the money back.
I really have no clue now as to how i am supposed to send u back the package and the letter. They told me i will receive the letter by tomorrow.
Please guide me through this procedure.
I had paid 12,495 rupees for that phone and hardly used it for a month.
In between all this it is ME..the customer who is suffering.
I hope your team will help me out through this.
All i want is the money back or atleast a PROPER WORKING DEVICE.
