Faulty Croma Washing Machine

Hi,

We purchased Croma Semi Automatic washing machine from Crom Store , Aundh 10 months back with the presumption that it will work good atleast for 3 years despite the fact they gave us 4 years warranty . It’s not even been an year and that machine has already been repaired 5 times . Its pathetic washing machine . This is the sixth time that we are asking that them to change the washing machine and they haven’t done anything as yet even after 1 week of malfunctioning. Pathetic service i have ever seen from any company.
