I purchased a Micro max Phablet , model No P 360 at M.J. Communications, Shop No. 54, Abids Shopping centre, Chirag Ali Lane, Abids, Hyderabad-500001, 040-23209116, 9052529116, 9000080003 on 10.04.2013 with serial no V027271303100003179, IMEI: 911303000034443, EAN NO: 8904132423404
Unfortunately, this phablet is not working properly since my purchase, as I expected. The day after my purchase after unwrapping the product, the tablet had worked fine only for four days since my purchase date. To my surprise I came to notice a strange problem in the tablet. The touch was automatically pressed without our consent and applications started to open on their own. Eventually, I observed the battery was charging 100 % in 10 seconds and discharging in 5 to 10 seconds and shutting off. This gave me a bad blow on my trust and belief on the newest tablet launched by Micromax. Since I am a Central Civil Servant, I opted for going for Micromax which is one of the leading Indian Mobile company and purchasing a tablet at an affordable price was my dream. I have also suggested my friends for going with Micromax products. After purchasing this tablet, I spoke very high about it before my family and friends and even pointed out its advantages to all of them. My happiness faded away as I came to know that I was supplied with a defective product. It failed to meet its servility. I would like to drive home the point that, I have paid for the product inclusive of all taxes not offered free of cost.
I have even gave my tablet for repair at the nearest Authorised Micromax Service Center located at Near Suprabha Gardens, Nakkalagutta, Hanamkonda-16 on 12.07.13 bearing job sheet number 030404-0713-4516375. They said that the tablet has to be sent to the company itself as the problems are major ones. I waited for fifteen days and received my tablet on 01.08.2013 from them. But the problems were not rectified and they gave my tablet as it is without resolving. Please do consider my grievance and positively
I believe the defective tablet should be replaced under terms of the warranty. The problems with tablet include
1) The LCD screen starts blinking
2) Auto Touch press
3) Battery failure.
To resolve this problem satisfactorily, I would appreciate a Replacement Tablet, a Refund, a Repair, Credit toward another Model, or Another Specific Action. I have included copies of all pertinent documents regarding my purchase of this model, as well as a list of calls and correspondence from my previous attempts to have this matter resolved.
