Fan Malfunctioning

I am a Doctor by profession , working as an A Professor of Sports Medicine in Guru Nanak Dev University , I am also on the board of executive member for Indian Association of Sports Medicine.

I have my utmost disagree with your so called company named Orient . I have purchased 3 orient fans from Ashoka Electronics , hall bazar , Amritsar last week. One of the fans after fitting the same day was malfunctioning , the fan was swaying excessively inspite of proper fitting. I called up the dealer, how straight said, it is matter of customer care, not me, just within 6 hours of purchase of the fans, I called customer care 3-4 times, but the earliest I could find a service man was yesterday after 4 days of lodging the complaint . The man who came was pretty much less capable of rectifying the fan solution than anybody else. This is the state of affairs in your so called company. Anyhow he could not rectify the fault so asked me to replace the fan from the dealer. I called dealer and made him talk to the engineer ,when i got the fan replaced today and got it fitted , the same problem persists again.

Is this what the orient is providing to the customers.

I request you to rectify , replace the fan , and send your engineer to replace the fan at the earliest possible with in next one day , else I will have to move to the CONSUMER COURT to get the things sorted out.

It is a clear humiliation on the part of company to its customers.
