Family pension not issued after 7 months, demanding bribe by bank employee

I am urmila sinha w/o Lt. Anand lal.who passed away on 10/02/2014 was retired vertinary
doctor in Bihar government his ppo no. is- 200911111275 He had taken pansion from SBI
Gorakshni Sasaram.I applied family pansion on 31/03/2014.As for as discussion with Mr.
Sanjay and Mr.Hawaldar who are employees of SBI Gorakshni Sasaram in pansion department
they said, it will take 90 to 120 days to complete the process and they also demanded Rs
5000 as bribe for issue of my family pansion and when I denied they sent my documents
without verifying of death certificates where as i submitted all the required documents as
well as shown original certificate to them. Due to this fault SBI JC Road Patna returned
the documents on 27/06/2014 having letter no: 1446.

when I revisited SBI Gorakshni Sasaram branch on 4/07/2014 these people said that you are in Bihar and no any work completed on time without money.

Right now more than 180 days passed and there is no any information regarding my family
pansion where as i visited many times to Sasaram and Patna branch and both are playing
blame game on each other. Patna branch is saying they didn’t get documents back from
SASARAM Branch, where as Sasaram SBI Employees(Mr. Sanjay and Mr.Hawaldar) are saying they
alredy sent documents.

Now again i verified with Patna branch and got courier details, and provided the same to
Sasaram branch, now they are telling that the letter was received by Gunja(employee) and
went on vacation(Don’t know how long). I am totally confused how the work is going on at
this branch and who is responsible for this, what is role of manager and senior manager
here, how can an employee go on leave for 4 months and without handing over his work to
other employee. We also got feedback from SBI Patna branch that, they always do same type
of mistakes due to which many peoples suffers.

These are bunch of irresponsible, insensitive, careless and idiot persons who are totally useless.

requesting you to please enquire and take strict action against such type of horrible
persons. Please help us to get justification for all the delay made by this branch.
