Eureka Forbes and their sales representatives are cheating customers with their false promises.
Eureka Forbes has mentioned on their website on purchase of online of Aquaguard Genius and paying the full amount they will provide a “Aquaguard On the Go worth Rs. 595/- free.”. The sales representative who was at my place has accordingly suggessted me to do an online purchase.
Accordingly I had purchased the same through online by paying the full amount with my credit card on 12-July-2014, I got the confirmation over email of my purchase and provided me with Customer ID: 8000008522. After few follow-ups the Genious was delivered and then the sales represtative mentioned to me that the free product will be delivered shortly. Since then I had been regularly following up on it but till date I have not recd the same. I had written multiple emails to customer care, contacted the service representative, gave online SR and have also escalated to the highest level but no response from anyone of them.
The latest SR#0078289184 is escalated to step4 with comment as “I have not recd Aqua Water Bottle which came free with the online purchase of Genious.Customer ID: 8000008522 on 12/07/14”, but this is also unanswered since last 2 months.
Kindly see I get the product as promised asap.
