Sir,
With due respect I want to tell you about the false deduction of my account balance.Sir on the name a value added service which has not been activated by me the idea company has charged me a sum of rupees 46.Many times before also I have been charged for this reasons.On 16th January 2016 I ranged to the costumer care and complained about the matter about deduction but nothing was done in this matter .I even asked them to deactivate all the value added service if any activated on my number but today again I am charged on the ground of any value added service.I want total refund of the many which has been deducted by my account.

I didn’t activate any service. I was riding bike when I got this message ‘Thank You. We have received your request for service Zeen-Bollywood Masti and it is being processed.’.50 rs balance was deducted from my account.Please refund my balance as it was wrongly deducted.
