False commitment, defective product, delay in replacement

I have purchased a blackberry bold 9700 in May 2012 in Rs.14000/- by online shopping company naaptol.com with 06 month’s warranty. i used the product only 04 months ans it was stopped working properly. as per the warranty i complaint with naaptol people and thy asked me to send back the product for replacement and committed for 10 working days. i just sent back to them on 25th July and they received on 27th July. and today is 13th of august and i did not received my product back even no body is picking my calls or not replying on my mails.

this is the worst experience with naaptol.com which i want to present in consumer court in next 2-3 days.
