False commitment and cheated by Just Dial

I have signed a contract with Just dial for my restaurant, while signing it i was told that my ecs will be cleared once in a month and with my prior notice. but in the month of June two ecs has been cleared from my bank account. on enquiring they are not giving any proper feedback and telling that no ecs has been cleared.
I have not received any contract paper yet now, on complaining to the customer care i have been treated very rudely by their customer care team.
I have complaint so many times for editing my listing as they have listed all the wrong information, but the same has yet not been rectified.
I think i have been cheated by the company as they just want to pass the contract time which is of only one year.
They said that we will get business but i think they do this with every customer so that the customer get misguided in such issues and their one year of contract get dissolve.
