I am a regular user of Union Bank Of India,GANDHINAGAR, INDORE and I have an ATM of my account I was using my account as a saving account and deposit and withdrawal once or twice in a month,Bank blocked my card due and the reason was not a regular user of ATM,after that I visited the branch and submitted the KYC form to unblock my Card,on the submission of time they told me wait for one to two day now it is over one week they are not responding on Bank’s register email id and not on phone.as I’m out of the station I’m facing lots of problems due to insufficient money,employee of the bank receiving the phone and punting down it on table and,now responding with a proper solution.
