False charges in Vodafone bill

Vodafone has charged me for something called d2c_mazaa_99 (99Rs.) which I don’t what it is.Vodafone is doing this with me for last three months.I am tired of complaining about this to Vodafone every time.Even though bill shows 0 kb download against this, still they are charging for it.
