FALSE BILLING AGAINST DOWNLOAD CHARGES

FOR LAST SIX MONTHS VODAFONE HAS BEEN RAISING FALSE BILLS AGAINST MY POST PAID NUMBER 9434383312. AS RETAINING MOBILE NUMBERS IS OF PRIME IMPORTANCE THESE DAYS SO THE COMPANY IS TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGES AND ADDING UP TO THE LIABILITIES OF THE CUSTOMERS THEREBY PREVENTING THEM FROM NUMBER PORTABILITY TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. AS BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE RAISING COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE UNFAIR BILLING AND KEEPING SOME AMOUNT IN ABEYANCE AGAINST THE FALSE BILL SO VODAFONE IS ABLE TO RETAIN THEIR CUSTOMERS MONTH AFTER MONTH IN SPITE OF THEIR UTTER DISSATISFACTION. IN OTHER WORDS VODAFONE IS BLACKMAILING CUSTOMERS FOR CONTINUITY IN THEIR SERVICE. THE WRITTEN COMPLAINTS ARE UNATTENDED AND WHEN REPLIED CONTAINS NAMES OF WEBSITES AS PROOF OF DOWNLOADS WHICH WERE NEVER SURFED AT ALL. THIS COMPLAINT SHOULD BE DEALT WITH DUE IMPORTANCE AS VODAFONE AS AN MNC IS CLEARLY FLOUTING THE LAWS OF THE LAND AND CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE A SERIOUS NOTE OF IT AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
