Data card #7483323654. Regarding last two data card bills. They generated those two bills and in both the cases they charged additional amount as value added service (meaning I used more data usage data than default limit). I had asked repeatedly to give me day to day breakup of those extra usage. I didn’t use the data card for most of those days and hence I was sure they didn’t bill me properly. Total amount was Rs. 2763 and I was sent a legal notice to pay that due. Then one of their legal guy called me and informed me that if I pay rs2000 then case will be closed an no follow up. Now again they sent a reminder mail today informing I have to pay Rs563 to clear due. I want to file a consumer case to know the usage details of day to day breakup.
