I am Ashish Gupta, I MAPURCHASING IN SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET 3 T311 (Order No 7055294 )Through naptol sight but after paying amount he told me that we cannot dispatch your product due to some mistake we are going to cancelled your product. but before purchasing I asked through customer care of napptol regarding this product he always tell that you can purchase this through on line and there is no problem in this product and we can deliver it within 6 to 7 working days at your home approximately I asked him more than 6 time about same product and discount but all time they told me that you can purchase it without any problem and he also send me mail for purchasing this tablet and stock available here but now they are deny to give my product. I request you please provide my product to me there is no any my mistake so why should I suffering from this I don’t know why they are using this tactics I was thinking that naptol is very good comp. but practical experience was very bed to us they are hurting me and my family members those are waiting for this product since booking. Still this product shown in his sight on same amount but still they deny to give me my product.
