Fake offer on spcial recharge

With due respect,
I am the costomer of reliance gsm..i got a spcial offer by dialing *129# which give me 3 gb 2g data valitidity 1mnth..likewise i recharged this spcial offer by easy recharge and i got 1.5 gb 2g data.i complain reliance costomer about it the note a complaint requast and said that problem willbe solve within 24 hrs..but i didnt get next 1.5 gb data..then call again to reliance costomer care then they said this offer is not eligeble on my number but i have evidence which prove its eligeble on my number..
